Why a Business Coach?
Good Friday 2018, many thoughts were going through my mind whilst sitting in the waiting room as my daughter was having a brain surgery. It was a long 9 hours. After the 4th or 5th hour one of the most recurring thoughts was how her surgeon was able to perform this procedure over so many hours. Due to bleeding this procedure was double the intended time. Nevertheless I was astounded how Professor Didier Scavarda did on average two child brain surgeries per day, 6 days per week.
It was during this period that I truly learned about the importance of helping others and how it can change the course of many people's lives. The youngest of my three children was only 2 years old when she was diagnosed with epilepsy, caused by a brain lesion. The top consultants in London St Mary's and Great Ormond Street Hospital all agreed to try to cure her condition through medication. It was a confusing time because they diagnosed her with a DNET brain tumour which is characterised as being unresponsive to medication.
They did not want to operate and strongly advised against surgery. They did not even consider it a viable option. Meanwhile her epileptic seizures were rapidly evolving. In the space of a few months her seizures developed from 1 per week, to 1 per day and then 16 per day.
By the grace of God my brother is a Consultant Epileptologist in Queensland Australia. Imagine that. He explained how immediate surgery was required otherwise her situation would be irreversible. He advised me to go to Marseille France to treat my daughter. There I met Chief Paediatric Neuro Surgeon, Professor Didier Scavarda. He looked us in the eye and told me and my wife that he would cure my daughter. Fast forward to the present day and two brain surgeries later my daughter is cured and leading a normal, healthy life.

It was at this point, quite late in my life that I learnt the importance of helping others. Thankfully people like my brother and Professor Scavarda knew this at a young age and dedicated their lives to the service of others. Imagine how many lives they have positively impacted, both directly and indirectly. Professor Scavarda had an special energy, an aura that is hard to describe in words but it could certainly be felt. His aura made me feel akin to be in the presence of one of the great generals of yesteryear who would inspire their troops to pick up their swords and go to battle even though the odds were stack against them. I would have gone to war for this man. Perhaps due to my emotional state I was over exaggerating things in my mind. Perhaps. However what cannot be doubted is that this whole ordeal made me "arrive". It was a turning point in my life where I had to make a change. My purpose had to change, some may say I was introduced to my "other self". Now, a little late in my opinion, it was, my time to do what I can to help others.

It took a while for me to decide what could I and should I do? There was only one logical decision. I have studied business in two of the top Universities in the world (Manchester School of Business / University of Illinois). I have hands on experience in running businesses. I love reading and learning about business and all the related topics. So it is only natural that I can help people in this field, where I have learnt the theory and put it into practice, thankfully with more successes than failures!

Through this heart-breaking struggle was born the idea of my company:Business 737 was formed to help businesses Grow With Accelerated Profit. I have found a purpose and meaning and my servitude to others is something that I wholeheartedly embrace. It is something I am tremendously passionate about and what I can guarantee is my commitment, dedication and desire to all who join me on this journey.

I am now doing what I can to help others and it inspires me. I am so passionate about helping others grow because in all honesty it helps me grow. I am very selective about the clients I take on because there must exist that common ground and synergy to produce the results and outcomes we all want to see.
Professor Scavarda has to analyse his patients with MRI scans and ECG tests to ascertain how he can help a patient and the best course of action to take. I too must analyse and study my clients business to decide on the best course of actions to take. Professor Scavarda gave recommendations to me and our wife on the best course of action for my daughter and I too give my clients advice on solutions and processes they should implement. It is up to the client to decide whether they agree with me, just as me wife and I had to decide whether we would go with Professor Scavarda or the Drs back in the UK.
Motivation, work ethic and the willingness to learn are traits we all need to flourish and excel in this life. I expect my clients to have these characteristics because they are a prerequisite for success. I would like to clarify that I do not take on each and every client who approaches me, I am quite selective. This is not meant to dishearten anyone, it is rather to stress the fact that my business is not simply about financial gain. I am not promoting a miracle diet trying to gain as many customers as possible. No. I want to grow alongside my clients because my ambition is far beyond financial. When like minded people come together a magnificent energy and momentum can be created with wonderful and astounding results.

What is the ultimate form of success? Money is a by product of success.
In my opinion it is to help, serve and elevate others to reach their potential. These actions are actually reciprocal and in doing this you will actually be helping, serving and elevating yourself. Simultaneous growth. I feel I am in a very privileged position and have had many blessings in my life and now is my turn to be at the service of others. I have found my purpose and it is something I love doing and am so passionate about. I look forward to meeting and forming friendships with many like minded people and I look forward to hearing from you.
